The winding road along Mount Ory will bring you to a unique maison créole (creole house) built on the slope of the mountains in 1830, with its very typical colonial structures emphasising the wide facades overlooking the gardens.
An independent museum featuring antique furniture, old lithographs and diverse objects and paintings from private collections. This exquisite property is surrounded by the waterfalls of Moka River and the Port Louis / Moka mountain ranges.
Tip: there is a small entrance fee. Have
a look at the ravine where there's a small natural waterfall.
